Please contact us to let us know your request, and we will provide you with our warehouse address. You can also visit any of Afaaq's bookstore branches in Kuwait, Qatar, or London to return your order, provided you have the order invoice.
You are expected to receive the refund within four weeks from when you hand the package over to the shipping company. However, in many cases, you will receive the amount faster. This time frame includes the time it takes for the return to reach us (5 to 10 business days), the time needed to process the return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for the bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
