Returns & Refunds

For most eligible products purchased online, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you should return the goods within a further 14 days.

Some products may be excluded from the right to cancel where permitted by law.

Please take reasonable care of items while they are in your possession.

You may inspect an item in the same way that you reasonably could in a shop. If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, and its value has been reduced, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund where permitted by law.

For a return because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item to us, unless we agree otherwise.

Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.

Your rights in relation to faulty goods are separate from our change-of-mind returns policy and are protected by UK consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

Eligible refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

For an eligible online cancellation, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

Once the relevant requirements have been met, refunds will be processed within the applicable legal timeframe.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

For an eligible online cancellation, we will refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.

If you selected a more expensive delivery service, such as Express delivery, the additional delivery cost will not normally be refunded.
