All products are subject to the return and exchange policy except: books, electronics, video games, and prepaid cards, unless they do not meet standard specifications. For the categories not mentioned, you can return any product you purchased from us within 14 days of the order date without any questions. Please contact us to let us know your request, and we will provide you with our warehouse address. You can also visit any of Afaaq's bookstore branches in Kuwait, Qatar, or London to return your order, provided you have the order invoice.

You are expected to receive the refund within four weeks from when you hand the package over to the shipping company. However, in many cases, you will receive the amount faster. This time frame includes the time it takes for the return to reach us (5 to 10 business days), the time needed to process the return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for the bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We ship to any address worldwide. If you are based in the UK, you can expect to receive your order within 24-48 hours, while if you are outside the UK, your order is expected to arrive within 2-8 business days.
