• We cannot control the delivery time after the products are handed over to the shipping company.

5. Return and Exchange

• Orders can be cancelled prior to shipping and a full refund will be given.
• Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.
• In case the products are defective or do not match the description, the products can be returned within 7 days of the full payment.
• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Shipping costs will be borne if the return is due to our error.
