Can I return my order?

Of course, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return anything you have purchased from us, no questions asked. All items are returnable and exchangeable except: books, electronics, video games and prepaid cards; unless they meet the standard specifications. For categories not mentioned, you can return anything you have purchased from us, no questions asked, within 14 days of the order date. Please contact us to inform us of your intentions and we will send you the shipping address to our warehouse. You can also visit any branch of Afia Bookstore in Kuwait, Qatar or London to return your order as long as you have the order receipt.

Who pays for shipping?

If the item is being returned for quality reasons, because it is damaged or not working properly, please contact us and we will cover the shipping cost. If possible, we would like to see photos of the damage. However, if the reason is that you changed your mind and don't like what you ordered, we kindly ask that you bear the cost.

When should I return the product?

It must be returned within 14 days of your return claim. Please place the product with all its accessories and user manual in its original box (if possible) and contact us to receive a shipping address to our warehouse.

How and when will I receive my paid order value?

Once we receive the products, you will receive an email confirmation and your money will be refunded within 14 days to the same payment method you used to make your purchase.

How can I cancel my order?

As with returns, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return the products. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been received, please contact us to let us know. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will simply cancel the order. However, if the product is on its way to you, you will need to follow our returns policy and return it to us.
